
Ingredients
1 piece of protein (chicken, fish, or prawns)
25 grams Melttown garlic butter
1/2 cup rice (uncooked)
Garnish: 1-2 spring onions (chopped) and 1 red chili (sliced)
Preparation
Step 1
   Choose your protein (chicken, fish, or prawns) and prepare it as desired.
   Chop 12 spring onions and slice 1 red chili for garnish.
Step 2
   Cook 1/2 cup of rice according to package instructions and set aside.
Step 3
   Heat a pan over medium heat and add 25 grams of Melttown garlic butter.
Step 4
   Once the butter is melted and hot, add the protein to the pan.
   For fish, cook for approximately 5 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure it’s cooked evenly on both sides.
Step 5
   Serve the garlic butter protein over the cooked rice.
   Garnish with the chopped spring onions and sliced red chili.
