
Ingredients
150 grams steak
25 grams Melttown black pepper butter
1/2 cup rice (uncooked)
1/2 cup sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
Garnish: 1 spring onion (chopped) and 1/2 red chili (sliced)
Preparation
Step 1
  Season the steak with salt and pepper, if desired.
  Chop 1 spring onion and slice 1/2 red chili for garnish.
Step 2
  Cook 1/2 cup of rice according to package instructions and set aside.
Step 3
  If using fresh corn, boil or steam until tender.
  If using frozen corn, cook according to package instructions and set aside.
Step 4
  Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add 25 grams of Melttown black pepper butter.
Step 5
  Once the butter is melted and hot, add the steak to the pan.
  Cook the steak to your desired level of doneness (about 3-5 minutes per side for medium rare, depending on thickness).
  Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Step 6
  Serve the steak over a bed of rice.
  Add the sweet corn on the side.
  Garnish with chopped spring onions and sliced red chili.
